Garlic Veal Chops
|Soft butter||1⁄2 Pound (250 Gram)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), smashed and chopped|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Smashed peppercorns||1 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Veal chops||4 (1/2 Inch Thick)|
Preheat barbecue at HIGH.
Place butter, garlic, parsley, peppercorns, lemon juice and some salt in mixer or food processor; blend until well incorporated and smooth.
Melt 1/3 cup (75 ml) of butter mixture in small saucepan.
Wrap remaining in foil and store in refrigerator for further uses.
Place chops on hot grill and generously brush with garlic butter.
Partially cover and cook 8 minutes, turning 2 to 3 times.
Baste often and season once.
