|Garlic||4 Clove (20 gm)|
|Water||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (low calorie)|
Peel the garlic and boil in the water for 3 minutes; drain and crush.
Meanwhile, cream the margarine in a bowl.
Add the crushed garlic.
Refrigerate overnight in a tightly covered glass container.
