Roasted Garlic Spread With Three Cheese
|Garlic heads||2 Medium|
|Fat free cream cheese||16 Ounce, softened (Two 8 Ounce Packages)|
|Goat cheese||3 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Crumbled blue cheese||1 Ounce (2 Tablespoon)|
|Dried thyme leaves||1 Teaspoon|
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Cut tops off garlic heads to expose tops of cloves.
Place garlic in small baking pan; bake 45 minutes or until garlic is very tender.
Remove from pan; cool completely.
Squeeze garlic into small bowl; mash with fork.
Beat cream cheese and goat cheese in small bowl until smooth; stir in blue cheese, garlic and thyme.
Cover; refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
Spoon dip into serving bowl; serve with cucumbers, radishes, carrots or yellow bell peppers, if desired.
Garnish with fresh thyme and red bell pepper strip, if desired.
