Roasted Garlic Spread With Three Cheese

Ingredients
  Garlic heads 2 Medium
  Fat free cream cheese 16 Ounce, softened (Two 8 Ounce Packages)
  Goat cheese 3 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)
  Crumbled blue cheese 1 Ounce (2 Tablespoon)
  Dried thyme leaves 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F.
Cut tops off garlic heads to expose tops of cloves.
Place garlic in small baking pan; bake 45 minutes or until garlic is very tender.
Remove from pan; cool completely.
Squeeze garlic into small bowl; mash with fork.
Beat cream cheese and goat cheese in small bowl until smooth; stir in blue cheese, garlic and thyme.
Cover; refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
Spoon dip into serving bowl; serve with cucumbers, radishes, carrots or yellow bell peppers, if desired.
Garnish with fresh thyme and red bell pepper strip, if desired.
