Oyster Mushrooms Sauteed In Garlic

Ingredients
  Oyster mushrooms 500 Milliliter (2 Cups)
  Butter 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  Dry shallots 4 Teaspoon, chopped (20 Milliliter, French)
  Garlic 1 Teaspoon, finely sliced (5 Milliliter)
  Chopped parsley 4 Teaspoon, chopped (20 Milliliter)
  White wine 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

–  Remove mushroom stems and slice the caps coarsely.
–  In a skillet, melt butter. Saute oyster mushrooms for 2 minutes. Add shallots, garlic, and parsley, then season with salt and pepper. Cook 1 minute longer and stir. Add white wine, heat for 30 seconds and serve.
