Oyster Mushrooms Sauteed In Garlic
|Oyster mushrooms||500 Milliliter (2 Cups)|
|Butter||45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)|
|Dry shallots||4 Teaspoon, chopped (20 Milliliter, French)|
|Garlic||1 Teaspoon, finely sliced (5 Milliliter)|
|Chopped parsley||4 Teaspoon, chopped (20 Milliliter)|
|White wine||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
– Remove mushroom stems and slice the caps coarsely.
– In a skillet, melt butter. Saute oyster mushrooms for 2 minutes. Add shallots, garlic, and parsley, then season with salt and pepper. Cook 1 minute longer and stir. Add white wine, heat for 30 seconds and serve.
