Garlic Broiled Shrimp
|Shrimp||24 Large, shelled and deveined|
|Lemon juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Olive oil||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Garlic||6 Clove (30 gm), crushed|
|Parsley||2 Teaspoon, chopped|
|Red pepper||1 Teaspoon|
1. Wash the shrimp in cold water, dry and arrange in a pan.
2. Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the shrimp. Let stand in the refrigerator overnight.
3. Remove the shrimp from the marinade and place in the broiler three inches from the source of heat. Broil until brown, about five minutes on each side.
