Fiddleheads With Wild Garlic
|Fiddlehead greens||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), chopped|
|Wild garlic cloves||2 , chopped|
In a saucepan filled with lightly salted boiling water, blanch fiddlehead greens 1 minute or so.
In a frying pan, melt butter.
Cook garlic and wild garlic 1 minute.
Add fiddlehead greens.
Season with salt and pepper, mixing well.
Continue cooking 2 minutes.
