Tzatziki

This Tzatsiki will make your taste buds crave for more! It is a Greek cuisine delicacy. This Tzatsiki is never going to fail as an accompaniment. This dish is prepared with yogurt and cucumber as the key ingredients and it is delicious and flavorful. Do not give this Tzatsiki recipe a miss.
Ingredients
  Cucumber 1 Medium
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), peeled and grated (Use Large Cloves)
  Dill leaves 3 Tablespoon, chopped
  Natural yogurt 2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)
  Black olives 3
  Extra virgin olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Fritters 3 (Of Your Choice)
Directions

GETTING READY
1 Wash and dry the cucumber.
2 Slice off the ends, and peel.

MAKING
3 In a large bowl, grate the cucumber using a handheld grater or in a food processor.
4 Mix in the garlic, 1/2 tsp salt, dill, and the yogurt.
5 Drizzle a little oil over the surface.

SERVING
6 Garnish with a few black olives, and serve lightly chilled as a refreshing accompaniment to a Greek or Turkish meal.
7 Excellent served as a dip with fritters.
