|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), peeled and grated (Use Large Cloves)|
|Dill leaves||3 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Natural yogurt||2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)|
|Extra virgin olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Fritters||3 (Of Your Choice)|
1 Wash and dry the cucumber.
2 Slice off the ends, and peel.
3 In a large bowl, grate the cucumber using a handheld grater or in a food processor.
4 Mix in the garlic, 1/2 tsp salt, dill, and the yogurt.
5 Drizzle a little oil over the surface.
6 Garnish with a few black olives, and serve lightly chilled as a refreshing accompaniment to a Greek or Turkish meal.
7 Excellent served as a dip with fritters.
