|Corn oil||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Lemon- lime carbonated beverage||7 Ounce|
Combine oil, garlic, pepper, salt, ginger and carbon- ated beverage in bowl; add pheasant.
Cover;marinade at room temperature for 4 to 6 hours.
Cook pheas- ant with marinade.
