Galuska With Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients
  Flour 1 Pound
  Eggs 5
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Lard 3 Ounce
  Sour cream 4 Fluid Ounce (1 Gill)
Directions

Prepare dough and boil as usual.
Heat lard, add galuskas.
Beat five eggs and sour cream well together, pour on the pasta, mix well.
Let it stand over heat, occasionally stirring for about 5 mins. before serving.
