Ingredients
  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Green pepper 1 , diced
  Garlic 1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm), minced
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Diced cooked chicken 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Canned tomatoes 1 Pound (1 Can)
  Canned kidney beans 1 Pound (1 Can)
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Cook onion, green pepper, and garlic in butter in saucepan until tender; add remaining ingredients.
Cover.
Simmer for 30 minutes
