Hi veg foodie! How have you been? I hope all is going great with you and yours! Thank you so much for watching. I'm sorry this recipe isn't a good one for you... it is loaded with a lot of meat. :-( The Boca "meat" crumbles would probably work great in place of the ground beef. You could also load up on veggies with this... black olives and green pepper slices would be awesome. I was going to add those, but I was completely out when we shot this video. I hope you have a beautiful weekend sweetie! Big big hugs to you!!!

Something else that we added after it was done was pineapple chunks! It was a little like a hawaiian pizza! Yummy! Hope you can give it a try!

Hey Amy! This upside down casserole seems to be very inventive recipe; also this seems to be a very easy one to try. However, I would like to go for a chicken substitute for beef; so in that case, will I have to reduce the cooking time? Also what is best accompaniment I can team this Upside Down Pizza Casserole with; do let me knoW!

Hi Prezi! How have you been? I hope all is great with you and yours! Chicken would work great as well. Just cook the chicken first and then add it to the baking dish. Baking time should not change, as you just want to heat the dish through and cook the biscuits. Bread sticks would go great with this... also a salad. :-) Have a most beautiful day sweetie! Thank you for watching and posting! :-))) Hugs to you!

Hi ifoodiee! How are you? Thank you so much for watching and commenting. Chicken will work great too! Turkey italian sausage is another great addition! If you like pineapple, adding some chunks after it is done makes it really yummy! There's so many wonderful variations with this. Green Peppers are good too... black olives... even hot peppers! :-) I hope you can make this. Just be careful with those exploding biscuit cans, LOL. I hate opening those things! Big hugs to you and yours!!!
