Scrambled Eggs With Prawns

Ingredients
  Eggs 4
  Shelled and chopped prawns 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Grated ginger 1 Teaspoon (Fresh Piece)
  Spring onion 2 , sliced
  Sherry 1 Tablespoon
  Soya sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Corn flour 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Peanut oils 4 Tablespoon
Directions

Remove black veins from prawns before chopping.
Beat eggs well in a bowl, add salt, soya sauce, sherry, cornflour, ginger, onions and prawns.
Heat oil in a large frying pan.
Add egg mixture and stir well.
Fry till colour turns golden brown.
Serve hot with rice.
