Turkey Stuffed Loaf

Ingredients
  Shredded carrot 1 Tablespoon
  Margarine 1 Teaspoon
  Granny smith apples 2 Small
  Diced onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ground turkey 13 Ounce
  White bread slice 4
  Plain low fat yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Poultry seasoning 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F.
In 8-inch nonstick skillet heat margarine until bubbly and hot; add apples and vegetables and saute, stirring constantly, until apples are soft.
Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients.
Spray a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray and transfer turkey mixture to pan; smooth top and bake until set, 35 to 40 minutes (center should be firm).
Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes; invert onto serving plate.serve as desired.
