Scrambled Eggs With Sprouts
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Green onions||4 , finely chopped (Including Tops)|
|Sea salt||1 Teaspoon|
|Tamari soy sauce||1 Tablespoon (Or According To Taste)|
|Moong bean sprouts/Alfalfa sprouts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Unrefined oil||1 Tablespoon|
Beat the eggs with the milk and seasonings.
Stir in the sprouts.
Heat a large skillet on medium heat.
Add the oil.
Then add the beaten egg mixture.
Cook, stirring often, until the eggs are barely set.
