Scrambled Eggs With Veggies

Scrambled eggs are easy to make in the wok, and a wide variety of ingredients - fresh or left-overs - can be used. Rice, noodles, beans, or veggies taste great in this setting.
Ingredients
  Shrimp 6 Ounce, deveined
  Bell pepper To Taste, chopped
  Scallions 3 , sliced
  Rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Bacon 3 Ounce
Directions

1 - Cut ingredients into desired sizes.

2 - Add a little oil or cooking spray of your choice to the pan. Heat pan to 375°F/medium high heat. Add bacon. Stir around for 1 minute.

3 - Add shrimp, and bell pepper. Stir around for 2 minutes.

4 - Add scallion, rice and egg mixture. Stir around for 2 minutes.

5 - Add a little salt and pepper to taste. Stir for an additional 1 minute. Serve with a low-carb or whole wheat toritilla wrap.
