Scrambled Eggs With Veggies
|Shrimp||6 Ounce, deveined|
|Bell pepper||To Taste, chopped|
|Scallions||3 , sliced|
|Rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Egg||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
1 - Cut ingredients into desired sizes.
2 - Add a little oil or cooking spray of your choice to the pan. Heat pan to 375°F/medium high heat. Add bacon. Stir around for 1 minute.
3 - Add shrimp, and bell pepper. Stir around for 2 minutes.
4 - Add scallion, rice and egg mixture. Stir around for 2 minutes.
5 - Add a little salt and pepper to taste. Stir for an additional 1 minute. Serve with a low-carb or whole wheat toritilla wrap.
