Easy vegetarian rice dish which you can whip up in no time and serve to your hungry kids. You can also prepare it with leftover rice.

Cauliflower florets/Broccoli flores | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Chopped carrot | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Chopped french beans | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Soy sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
Vinegar | 1 Teaspoon | |
Tomato sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
Green chili | 1 , chopped | |

MAKING
1. In a pan, pour vegetable oil and add chopped garlic, spring onion and sauté them till they become little brown.
2. Add the chopped capsicum, button mushrooms and stir well.
3. Stir in cauliflower florets, carrots, and chopped beans. Cook until done. Don’t overcook the vegetables.
4. Add soya sauce, vinegar, tomato sauce, green chili, and salt to taste. Stir well.
5. Add the pre-cooked rice and stir well.
SERVING
6. Garnish with a sprig of coriander and serve hot.
