Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients
  Eggs 6
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Beat eggs, milk and seasonings together lightly in a bowl.
Melt butter or margarine in skillet over low-to-medium heat, tipping pan so that sides too are greased.
Pour in egg mixture, and cook over low heat.
As mixture begins to thicken, gently scrape with spoon from bottom and sides of pan.
Continue cooking until mixture is uniformly set but still moist.
Serve at once.
Note: If you prefer, eggs may be cooked in top of double boiler; melt butter or margarine first, and scrape and lift mixture as in skillet.
Water in lower section should be boiling, but should not touch upper container.
This method takes a little longer.
