Hummus Quesadillas For Lunch

Ingredients
  Whole wheat flour tortilla 4
  Hummus 3 Tablespoon
  Carrots 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), julienned
  Bean sprouts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Red bell peppers 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), thinly sliced
Directions

MAKING
1. On a hot griddle, place two tortillas.
2. Spread hummus on the tortilla liberally and put the carrot julienne, bean sprouts and red bell pepper on it.
3. Cover with the remaining tortillas and flip to cook on the other side.

SERVING
4.Cut into four pieces and serve.
