1. In a nonstick pan add oil and shallow fry paneer cubes until golden brown color flipping over from time to time.
2. Remove the paneer and in the same pan add vegetables – red and green bell peppers, onions, minced garlic, minced ginger, soy sauce, schezwan sauce as per taste and vegetable stock and let it cook until gravy gets thicker.
3. Add the paneer and cook in the gravy.
4. Spread on a serving plate, garnish with green onion and serve with fried rice.
