Ingredients
  Mixed greens 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cucumber 1 Large, shredded (as in noodles)
  Cherry tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Kelp 1 Cup (16 tbs) (raw)
  Sunflower seed 2 Tablespoon
  Hemp seed 2 Tablespoon
  Macadamia nut 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1⁄2 Tablespoon, minced
  Celery 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Bread 1 Small (slice)
  Dill leaf 2 Tablespoon, minced (fresh)
  Coconut cream 1 Tablespoon
  Sea salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1.Take the tuna and break it down.
2.Add salt and pepper,kelp,sunflower seeds,hemp seeds,macadamia nuts, garlic, celery,dill, bread and the tuna and make into a pate.
3.On a plate, place the greens and cucumber.
4.Put the pate on the bed of salad.

SERVING
5. Garnish with cherry tomatoes and serve.
