Joe's Special Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients
  Ground beef chuck 2 Pound, crumbled
  Olive oil/Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Onions 2 Medium, finely chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced / mashed
  Salt 1 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Frozen spinach/1/2 pound / 1/4 cup fresh spinach 10 Ounce, chopped thawed and well drained (1 Package, About 4 Cups)
  Eggs 6
Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a large frying pan brown ground beef.
2. Combine garlic, mushrooms and onions.
3. Reduce the heat and cook. Keep stirring so that the ingredients are well cooked.
4. Keep stirring till the onions are soft.
5. Stir spinach and seasoning.
6. Cook for further 5 minutes.
7. Add eggs.

FINALIZING
8. Stir mixture till the eggs set.

SERVING
9. Serve Joe's Special hot.
