Simple Scrambled Egg
|Egg||1 Large (Size 3)|
|Skimmed milk||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
1. In a large cup or small bowl, put together egg and milk; beat lightly and season with salt and pepper.
2. In a non-stick pan, brush with oil and heat; add the beaten egg mixture, cook over low heat with constant stirring until egg is scrambled.
3. Serve Scrambled Egg with bread or toast.
