Healthy Scrambled Eggs With Salt And Pepper
|Milk/Half and half||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1) Into the blender, add in the milk or half and half, eggs, salt and pepper. Using the Stir blade, blend for a few seonds.
2) In a frying pan, melt butter or margarine over medium flame. You may even use a chafing dish placed over direct heat.
3) Add in the egg mixture and cook, while stirring gently. Scarmble the eggs and cook till it reaches the desired amount of doneness.
4) Serve the scrambled egg with toast and bacon, if desired. Serve tomato sauce on the side.
