Stir fried chicken sauted in Chinese sauces and good amount of vegetables. This is something my husband can splurge on till its last bite. Its very tasty!
1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
1 Cup (16 tbs)
Sliced red pepper
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Chinese chilli sauce
Boil noodles as per packet instructions. Drain excess water from boiled noodles.
Cut chicken in to small bite size cubes. Add Soya sauce, chilli sauce, salt, corn flour and marinate for about an hour.
Heat oil in a pan, add marinated chicken and fry till chicken gets nice golden color from both the sides.
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, sliced onion, red pepper, carrot and saute for 30 seconds.
Add spring onion, cabbage and cook for 10 seconds.
Add fried chicken, soya sauce, chilli sauce and noodles, mix.
Add soya sauce, salt, chilli sauce, black pepper, mix and cook for 2 mts.
Garnish with scallion.
