Skillet Scrambled Eggs
|Butter||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Light cream||2 Tablespoon|
1. Heat butter in small skillet over low heat. Break eggs into skillet; stir with a fork.
2. Add salt, pepper, and cream; mix well. Cook slowly.
3. As eggs start to set at bottom, gently lift cooked portion, with spatula, to form flakes, letting uncooked portion flow to bottom of pan. When eggs are cooked but still shiny and moist, remove from skillet.
4. Serve with parsley
