Scrambled Eggs With Mustard

Ingredients
  Eggs 8 , beaten
  Dijon mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Butter 4 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Degreased meat roasting juices/1/2 cup meat stock boiled until is reduced by half and cooled 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1.Heat two tablespoons of butter and fry the onion in it until tender.
2.Cut the remaining butter to pieces and add it along with meat juice, salt, pepper and onion to the eggs.
3.Take a heavy saucepan, transfer the egg mixture to it and cook on low flame by continuously stirring with wooden spoon.
4.Once the eggs have scrambled and are creamy, put the mustard as per taste.

SERVING
5.Serve warm.
