Seafood Scrambled Eggs
|Condensed cream of shrimp soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Hot pepper sauce||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Canned mushroom stems and pieces||4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Green onions||2 , finely sliced|
1 Combine eggs, soup and seasonings in 1 1/2-quart glass casserole; beat well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover with glass lid.
2 Microwave for 7 minutes on 7 (MED. HIGH). Stir; recover, and continue cooking for about 5 to 7 minutes on 7 (MED.HIGH), or until mixture is liquid only in the center. Stir gently with fork to scramble and cook excess liquid. Let stand, covered, 3 minutes before serving.
