Chafing Dish Scrambled Eggs
|Light cream||9 Tablespoon|
|Baking powder||1 Pinch|
1) Take a bowl and break eggs in it. Beat until frothy.
2) Combine with baking powder, cream and seasonings.
3) Take a blazer pan and melt butter in it over hot water.
4) Pour in seasoned eggs and cook slowly until desired consistency is reached, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon.
5) Serve Chafing Dish Scrambled Eggs hot.
