Maria, 6, is a big fan of peanut butter and Nutella on toast in the morning for breakfast. This is just another great spin on one of her classics.
Creamy peanut butter
2 Tablespoon (chocolate hazel nut spread)
1 , sliced on a diagonal
1. Spread peanut butter on one side of one tortilla and spread Nutella on one side of the other tortilla.
2. Slice up the banana and place on the Nutella side to cover the tortilla and then top with the peanut butter tortilla, like a sandwich.
3. Drizzle the vegetable oil in a pan on a medium-high heat and place the quesadilla in it. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
4. Take off from the heat and drizzle honey over the top. Dust with powder sugar.
