Scrambled Eggs with Mushrooms

Ingredients
  Bacon slices 3 , cooked (At Room Temperature)
  Bacon slices 3 , cooked, crumbled
  Eggs 4
  Light cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Canned mushrooms 4 Ounce, sliced, drained (1 Can)
  Mushrooms 4 Ounce, sliced
  Salt 1 Dash
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, chopped (Or As Required)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a glass casserole, beat the eggs and cream together.
2) Stir in the butter, mushrooms, salt, pepper and crumbled bacon, blend well.
3) Cook for 6 to 8 minutes in the microwave or until the eggs are just firm, stirring two times, then allow to stand for a few minutes.

SERVING
4) Garnish with the chopped parsley and serve immediately on individual serving plates.
