Scrambled Eggs with Mushrooms
|Bacon slices||3 , cooked (At Room Temperature)|
|Bacon slices||3 , cooked, crumbled|
|Light cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Canned mushrooms||4 Ounce, sliced, drained (1 Can)|
|Mushrooms||4 Ounce, sliced|
|Parsley||1 Tablespoon, chopped (Or As Required)|
1) In a glass casserole, beat the eggs and cream together.
2) Stir in the butter, mushrooms, salt, pepper and crumbled bacon, blend well.
3) Cook for 6 to 8 minutes in the microwave or until the eggs are just firm, stirring two times, then allow to stand for a few minutes.
4) Garnish with the chopped parsley and serve immediately on individual serving plates.
