Creamy Chicken And Cheese Chili

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves 4 , cut into cubes
  Chili powder 4 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Green pepper 1 Medium, chopped to make 3/4 cup
  Condensed cream of chicken soup 1 Can (10 oz) (Campbell's)
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Canned cannellini beans 30 Ounce, rinsed and drained
  Shredded cheddar cheese 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Heat oil in a soup pot over medium-high heat. Add chicken, chili powder, cumin, onion and pepper and cook until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender, stirring often.

Stir soup, water, corn and beans in soup pot and heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with cheese.
