Company Scrambled Eggs
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Milk substitute||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Milk-free margarine||3 Tablespoon|
1) In a large bowl, beat the eggs with a wire whisk until frothy.
2) Beat in rest of the ingredients except margarine, blend well.
3) In a large frying pan, gently cook the eggs in the margarine, turning frequently until cooked.
4) Serve immediately on individual serving plates.
