Scrambled Eggs With Smoked Salmon And Dill

Ingredients
  Eggs 6
  Sour cream 3 Tablespoon (1 Tablespoon Additional For Garnish)
  Sliced smoked salmon 75 Gram (1/3 Cup)
  Chopped fresh dill 1 Tablespoon
  Hot pepper sauce To Taste (Splash Of)
  Salt To Taste
  White pepper To Taste
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  English muffins 2 , halved and toasted
  Dill sprigs 4 (For Garnish)
Directions

In a medium bowl, beat eggs.
Mix in sour cream, smoked salmon, fresh dill, and hot pepper sauce.
Add salt and white pepper to taste.
In a hot skillet, melt butter.
Cook the egg mixture, stirring occasionally until done.
Eggs should be moist.
Place equal amounts of egg on each of the 4 English muffin halves.
Dot with sour cream and garnish with dill sprig.
