Scrambled Eggs with Smoked Salmon and Dill
|Sour cream||3 Tablespoon (1 Tablespoon Additional For Garnish)|
|Sliced smoked salmon||75 Gram (1/3 Cup)|
|Chopped fresh dill||1 Tablespoon|
|Hot pepper sauce||To Taste (Splash Of)|
|White pepper||To Taste|
|English muffins||2 , halved and toasted|
|Dill sprigs||4 (For Garnish)|
In a medium bowl, beat eggs.
Mix in sour cream, smoked salmon, fresh dill, and hot pepper sauce.
Add salt and white pepper to taste.
In a hot skillet, melt butter.
Cook the egg mixture, stirring occasionally until done.
Eggs should be moist.
Place equal amounts of egg on each of the 4 English muffin halves.
Dot with sour cream and garnish with dill sprig.
