Scrambled Eggs with Mushrooms
|Chopped mushrooms||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Fresh cream||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
1. Take a baking dish, add mushroom, cover and cook for about 4 minutes and drain the liquid.
2. Add beaten eggs, fresh cream, butter, pepper and salt and stir well.
3. Cover and cook, stirring towards the mid each minute, for about 4 minutes.
4. Sprinkle parsley and serve hot.
