|Chopped cooked shrimp||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Beat milk and egg[s] with fork in 2-cup measure [4-cup measure].
Beat in wine, parsley, mustard, salt and pepper.
Microwave uncovered on medium-high (385 watts) 30 sec; stir.
Microwave uncovered until hot, 30 to 60 sec longer [30 sec to 1 1/2 min longer].
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour into 10-oz casserole [two 10-oz casseroles].
Cover with waxed paper and microwave on inverted saucer[s] on medium (275 watts) 1 min [2 min]; stir.
Cover with waxed paper and microwave until center is set, 2 1/2 to 4 min [6 to 8 min].
