Chicken Chili Casserole

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Frying chicken 1⁄3 Pound, cut up
  Sliced onion 1
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Concentrated tomato soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Flour 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Chili powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Dash
  Rosemary 1 Dash
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Red wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sour cream 2 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Arrange the ingredients required.

MAKING
2) In the casserole, heat butter for 30 seconds and saute chicken in it. 3) Add onion, parsley, celery and tomato soup.
4) Add flour and mix it well.
5) Sprinkle with paprika, chili powder, rosemary, salt and pepper. 6) Now add wine and stir well.
7) Cook,covered for 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.

SERVING
8) Drizzle sour cream on top and serve.
