Scrambled Eggs And Smoked Salmon
|Baking potatoes||4 Large|
|Milk||60 Milliliter (4 Tablespoon)|
|Grated nutmeg||1 Pinch|
|Cayenne pepper||1 Pinch|
|Butter||6 Ounce (175 Gram)|
|Smoked salmon||8 Ounce, cut into strips (225 Gram)|
|Chives||1 Bunch (100 gm), snipped|
|Grilled tomatoes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For Serving)|
|Fresh chives||1 Tablespoon (For Serving)|
1)Bake potatoes in hot oven.
2)In a small bowl, put milk, nutmeg, seasoning, cayenne and eggs. Beat well until froth if formed.
3)Once baked, cut potatoes in half and smear with butter.
4)Fluff the flesh keep warm in oven.
5)In a small saucepan, add egg mixture and butter.
6)Cook, stirring continuously over low heat and scramble egg.
7)Now stir in smoked salmon, chives and continue to cook for a few seconds more.
8)Top potatoes with salmon mixture and grilled tomatoes. Garnish with chives and serve hot.
