Scrambled Egg Pizza
|Sour cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Shredded swiss cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Oregano leaves||1⁄2 Teaspoon, crumbled|
|Green onions||3 , thinly sliced|
|Cherry tomatoes||4 , halved|
|Thin salami slices||3 , cut into strips|
|Liquid hot pepper seasoning||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Beat together eggs, sour cream, salt, hot pepper seasoning, and pepper until blended.
Melt butter in small frying pan over medium-low heat.
When butter begins to foam, add eggs.
Cook, uncovered, lifting cooked portion with a wide spatula to allow uncooked egg to flow under.
When eggs are just softly set, remove from heat.
Sprinkle cheeses evenly over eggs; then sprinkle oregano evenly over cheese.
Broil about 4 inches from heat just until cheese is melted.
Distribute onion over eggs; arrange cherry tomatoes, salami, and anchovies (if used) on top of onion.
Cut in wedges.
