Easy Split Pea Soup
|Carrots||2 Medium, thinly sliced|
|Onion||1 Small, chopped|
|Potato||1 Medium, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes|
|Hot water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Canned split pea soup||11 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Cooked cubed ham||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
In 2-qt casserole combine carrots, onion, potato and water.
Microwave at High 5 minutes, or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
Add soup, milk, ham and seasonings to vegetables.
Microwave at High 5 to 10 minutes, or until soup is thoroughly heated.
