Santa Fe Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients
  Eggs 4 Large
  Parsley flakes 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Green onions 2 , chopped
  Tomato 1 Small, chopped
  Shredded mozzarella cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

In medium bowl blend eggs and spices.
Stir in green pepper, onions and tomato.
Microwave at High 3 1/2 to 4 minutes, or until soft set, stirring 2 or 3 times during cooking.
Stir in mozzarella cheese; cover.
Let stand 1 minute, or until cheese melts.
Serve immediately.
