Scrambled Eggs With Crabmeat
|Eggs||6 , well beaten|
|Flaked crabmeat||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (fresh, canned or frozen)|
|Curry powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Light cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Melt butter in a heavy skillet and stir in the curry powder, crab-meat, and paprika.
Simmer just a moment, stirring.
Combine the eggs and cream and stir gently into the crabmeat, continuing to stir until the eggs are just set.
Keep the heat very low.
