Mushroom Raisin Meat Loaf

Ingredients
  Fine dry bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lean ground beef 3⁄4 Pound
  Bulk sausage 1⁄4 Pound
  Egg 1
  Non fat dry milk 1 Tablespoon
  Raisins 2 Tablespoon
  Mushrooms 1⁄4 Pound, coarsely chopped
  Worcestershire 1 Tablespoon
  Bacon strip 2 , cut in half
  Catsup 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Mix together crumbs, ground beef, sausage, egg, dry milk, raisins, mushrooms, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper.
Press lightly into a 1-quart baking dish, tureen, or loaf pan.
Lay bacon strips lengthwise on loaf and drizzle with catsup.
Bake, uncovered, in a 350° oven for 1 hour or until meat is no longer pink inside when slashed.
