Scrambled Eggs In A Skillet

Ingredients
  Peeled cooked potatoes 6 Ounce
  Eggs 4 Medium, beaten
  Water/Potato liquid 3 Tablespoon (Liquid)
  Chopped fresh parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Brown potato in preheated nonstick skillet.
Turn to brown all sides.
Combine remaining ingredients and add to skillet.
Scramble with a fork until done to taste.
Divide evenly.
