Saturday's Ham and Egg Scramble
|Cut up cooked ham||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce, softened (1 Package)|
|Milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Set Power Select at HIGH.
In 9-inch baking dish, heat ham and butter, covered with wax paper, 2 to 3 minutes, stirring once.
Set Power Select at MEDIUM.
Combine cream cheese and milk; blend in eggs, salt and pepper.
Add to ham and heat, covered, 5 to 6 minutes or until eggs are almost set, stirring twice.
Let STAND, covered, 3 minutes before serving.
