Scrambled Eggs Using Frozen Eggs
|Frozen pasteurized egg||150 Milliliter, thawed|
|Hot buttered toast||2|
1. Beat the egg and milk together and season with salt and pepper.
2. Melt the butter in a small saucepan, add the egg mixture and stir over a low heat until the egg is lightly scrambled.
3. Divide the egg between two pieces of hot buttered toast.
