Grilled Mahi Mahi With A Side Of Couscous

Ingredients
  Mahi mahi fillet 340 Gram (split each fillet side wise)
For the marinade
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Medium
  Ginger powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt and pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READ
1. Season the fish with salt and pepper and place it in a dish.
2. In a bowl combine the olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, ginger powder, stir and add it to the fish.
3. Let the fish marinate for 30-60 minutes.
4. Prepare the infrared grill after 45 minutes into the marinade time.

MAKING
5. After 60 minutes grill the fish on the grill for 30 minutes.
6. Once done remove and let it rest.

SERVING
7. Serve the mahi mahi along with couscous on the side.
