|Bean sprouts||1 Can (10 oz) (canned ,drained)|
|Onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
Beat eggs in a 2-quart casserole.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cover and microwave 5 1/2 minutes.
Stir after 2 1/2 minutes and again after 4 minutes.
Let stand, covered, for 2 minutes.
