Arrange red and green cherries in bottom of a 5-cup ring mold.
Stir lemon sherbet to soften; spoon into mold over cherries, pressing to make firm ring.
In large bowl or pitcher, combine lemonade concentrate, orange concentrate, and water; stir till blended.
Add sugar and stir till dissolved.
To serve, dip sherbet mold in hot water; invert and unmold ring into empty punch bowl.
Pour in chilled juice mixture.
Slowly add catawba juice and mix till blended.
