Cocktail Idli Manchurian

Idli cooked in tasty Manchurian gravy.
Ingredients
  Idlis 30
  Green chillies 2 , finely chopped
  Onion 1 Small, finley chopped
  Garlic 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon, chopped
  Soy sauce 3 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Tomato ketchup 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped cilantro/Chopped green onion 1 Teaspoon (For garnishing)
  Corn starch 1 Teaspoon, mixed
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

1. Heat oil in a pan and add onions. Fry till golden brown.
2. Add chopped ginger, garlic and green chillies and saute for few seconds.
3. Add soy sauce, vinegar, tomato ketchup and salt. Mix well.
4. Add corn starch and bring it to a boil.
5. Now add the idlis and mix so as to coat it well with the sauce.
6. Serve hot garnished with cilantro or green onion.
