  Plain greek yogurt 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Tahini 1 Cup (16 tbs), well stirred (At Room Temperature)
  Fresh lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Minced cornichons 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Capers 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), drained, rinsed
  Finely chopped dill 2 Tablespoon (Fresh One)
  Peperoncini 2 , stemmed, seeded and minced
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), very finely chopped
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste

In a medium bowl, stir all of the ingredients together and season with salt and black pepper.
